Vancouver, Washington in April!! Recently my family and I traveled to Washington for my niece's wedding and in 80 degree weather (unusual for Washington) went sightseeing to Mt. St. Helen's and enjoyed the summer-like weather with the snow and the beautiful backdrop of this very famous volcano!

We booked all our travel plans through my Traverus Travel portal and for $300 were able to get our roundtrip airfare, rental car, and 2 nights at the Hilton!! Very nice! Traverus Travel Megatrends

Many other network marketing companies have followed the mega trends of marketing to develop their product line--the most popular being the health and wellness products catering to the desires of the baby boomer generation.

Competition among these companies is fierce, each claiming to have the unique product that outshines the rest. One I was recently involved in, was Mona Vie, their product a juice made from the acai berry grown in the Amazon. There is no doubt that the acai berry is one of the most potent antioxidants in the world-- it is one product that does what they say it will do, and more. There are two problems, though. One is that the product is expensive and, in order to remain active to earn income, a $130-$260 monthly investment is required. The second is that compensation plan is based on a binary which makes it is difficult at this stage of the company's massive growth to get going and earn money. Binaries pay on cycles and it is difficult to build both sides to get to that point. The top 1% of the company are reported to be the only real income earners and 70% of those Mona Vie businesses failing. The attrition rate has become a real problem for Mona Vie.

It was companies such as Mona Vie based on binary compensation plans that inspired David Manning, owner of Traverus Travel, to create the 3x9 matrix, an ingenious compensation plan, for Traverus Travel Network. Before owning Traverus Travel , Mr. Manning designed compensation plans for 90% of the network marketing companies out there. He vowed if he ever owned his own company, the compensation plan would be designed to help the average person build a solid home based business and make money with network marketing. The 3x9 matrix would limit the amount of attrition experienced by a new and growing company by allowing its agents to make money right away, thus eliminating the frustration that makes most people quit too early.

Downline helps upline, but in this case what upline does truly helps the downline! What a concept!! I knew I could make money with this, and have, and am now on my way to building a great business!!
